Returns & Refund
In accordance with the Store’s principle based on achieving the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction and achieving the credibility of the golden guarantee that we provide to our customers, we accept exchange and return according to the following conditions:
- Replacement is made in case of an error caused by the Store or the customer. In case of a customer error, the customer must return the goods as they are so that the Store can replace them. In case of an error caused by the store, the store shall bear the shipping costs when an item is replaced or returned.
- Refund is made in case the customer is not satisfied with the goods. The customer must return the goods as they were.
- Liquid perfumes and oils are not returnable after use.
- In all cases, the exchange/return process must be completed within no more than three days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- 5. We highly trust the customer’s integrity and understanding. As the exchange/return process is costly to the store financially and administratively, we hope that our valued customers are aware of this issue.
